About Us

Thank you for visiting the Michigan Chapter of the Special Libraries Association (SLA). SLA is the international association that represents the interests of information professionals. Special librarians collect, analyze, evaluate, package, and disseminate information to facilitate accurate decision-making in corporate, academic, and government settings. The Michigan Chapter’s geographic area encompasses Michigan, Northwestern Ohio, and Southwestern Ontario.
